Tim Collins is a native of Los Angeles and enjoys over a forty-year career as a New York Life Insurance Company agent.

Tim earned his CLU® (Chartered Life Underwriter) designation twenty years ago and continues to meet and exceed goals in his professional development. He achieved an appointment to the prestigious New York Life Executive Council* on several occasions and received numerous awards including membership in the Million Dollar Round Table**.

In Los Angeles, July 2007, Timothy J. Collins, CLU®, ChFC®, earned the Chartered Financial consultant (ChFC) professional designation from the American College, King of Prussia, PA.

Candidates for the ChFC® program focus in a complete financial strategy process as an organized way to collect and analyze information on a client's total financial situation. They can help identify and establish specific financial goals and then formulate, implement, and monitor an extensive strategy to achieve those goals. Individuals who earn a ChFC® provide recommendations on a broad range of financial topics including financial strategies, wealth, accumulation and estate planning, income taxation life, and health insurance, business taxation and planning, investment and retirement strategies.
